Shipping Costs

Within Germany we charge Euro 4,80 for handling and shipping – for orders up to Euro 50,00.
Orders over Euro 50,00 are free of charge.

We charge Euro 8,60 for a cash on delivery parcel.

If you pay with credit card or via prepayment we only charge Euro 4,80 for handling and shipping. In this the costs for handling and shipping are lower than the net cost price.

For shipping to other Member States of the European Union we charge Euro 14,00. 

Cash on delivery parcels are not available in this option.

National shipping is free for orders over Euro 50,00, international shipping is free for orders over 200,00.

Our goods are shipped by Deutsche Post AG. Delivery duration for national postage is between 2 and 5 business days. Delivery duration for international postage might be more.

Customs duties may occur with international shipping. Possible customs and import duties are to be paid by the recipient. At this moment, however, we are unable to give out detailed information about possible additional costs since they vary from country to country.

It might occur that certain goods are not available at the time of your order. We are engaged in delivering your order as quickly as possible. If for any treason this is not possible we will contact you and try to find a solution in form of an adequate substitute product or a delayed delivery.
