Order Process

To order in our online-shop you have to complete the following steps:

1. By clicking the shopping cart icon you place the item into your shopping cart.

2. You can review every item you have previously placed in the your shopping cart by clicking the header section for your shopping cart and then go to “Cart”. This also allows you to delete items or change the desired quantity.

3. To start the order process and simply click the “Checkout” or “Proceed to checkout” button.

4. In the next step you can decide if you want to continue as a registered user (click “Login”), as a guest without registration (“Continue as Guest”) or if you want to register an account and continue shopping as a new registered user (“Register & Shop”).

5. If you want to continue as a guest or a new user, please enter your billing and delivery information. In order to use your already existing account, simply login with your information (E-mail address and password). For deliveries within Germany we also need a proof of legal age for the order process and the delivery by DHL.

6. Before your order is completed you have the chance to check all the entered information (especially billing and delivery information, items in your cart, price, quantity and method of payment). This step asks you to confirm the given information or, if necessary, change it accordingly. To do this, please click “Change”.

7. By clicking the “Place Order” button you have completed your order. This equals a purchase agreement.

Your offer is binding when you have completed the order process by filling in the required information and clicking “Place Order”.

After you have placed your order we will send you an Email to confirm your order for you and give you an overview of your order in detail (order confirmation).

This order confirmation does not mean your offer is accepted but simply inform you of the fact that your order has been received. At delivery time latest you will get all the important customer information you should print for your personal files.

The purchase agreement only exists after we have delivered your ordered items.
