We are delighted to present our first own single malt whisky in a limited single cask bottling. Our regional whisky in cask strength comes from the small Heiligen Berg Feld distillery on the idyllic Ammersee and has been carefully bottled exclusively for Zechbauer.
What makes our single malt whisky so special?
Each bottle of whisky matured in port casks is labelled and numbered by hand. Its incomparable depth of flavour and beautiful sweetness make it the perfect companion for your cigar. Our cask strength whisky is best enjoyed with a drop or two of water at room temperature. This releases additional flavours and brings out the complexity of the spirit.

- Nose: Tobacco, malt, black tea, dark chocolate, dry, dark cherry, alcohol present
- Palate: alcohol very well integrated, nice sweetness, caramel, oak notes, tobacco, dry, leather, herbal notes, some pepper
