The introduction of H.Upmann Connossieur No.2 is already the second world premiere of a new Habano who is aligned by 5THAvenue Products Trading-GmbH, official importer of Habanos for Germany, Austria and Poland. The production name of the new format is "Bohemio". With a length of 134 mm and a ring gauge of 51 this slightly enlarged Robusto is unique in the range of Habanos.
The H.Upmann Connossieur No.2 complements the line of "Connossieur" – the traditional brand founded in 1844 with the Connoisseur No.1 that has been around since the 1960s.
H.Upmann as a brand has a special relation to Germany. The brand founder Hermann Hupmann was a banker from Germany who appreciated cuban cigars so much that he moved to Havana in 1844. There he was active as a banker and cigar maker. His Bank had to be closed shortly after 1920, but his cigars live to this day as excellent examples for Habanos from light to medium taste.
This typical taste can be found also with the new H.Upmann Connossieur No.2. The fine long fillers are available in classic Cabinet boxes of 25 pieces.
